SIGNATURE TOWER (INDONESIA)

Snart kanske en häftig skyskrapa i Jakarta i Indonesien kommer att byggas. Kommer att finnas i Sudirman Central Business District i centrum.

   Skyskrapan är en megatall på en höjd av 638 meter. Byggnaden kommer att ha 111 våningar med 6 basvåningar tillför bilparkering, 22 våningar med kontor, 22 våningar med boende och 22 våningar med hotell. På toppvåningarna blir ett fem stjärnigt hotell. Höjden till den högsta våningen kommer att vara på 534 meters. Skyskrapan har både en inre och ett yttre system av bärande väggar. Väggarna kommer att vara gjorda av betong och stål. Skyskrapan kommer dessutom ha ett observatorium på en höjd av 516 meter.

   Arkitekterna för den här skyskrapan är Smallwood, Reynold, Stewart and Associates Inc. Arkitekt stilen är inspirerad av traditionell Indonesisk arkitektur.

   Jag tycker att denna byggnad har en tjusig topp vilket är en av modellerna som visas på bilden nedanför. Det finns andra modeller med mer som en utåtgående krona på toppen.

   Skyskrapan ska även ha en nationell betydelse som ska stå för självständighetsdagen den 17 augusti 1945. Från dessa fakta kan man även avläsa ifrån skyskrapan, att ta reda på att spiran är på 45 meter hög, det finns 8 luftinsläppselementen och de utåt gående strukturerna kallade löven är till antalet 17 (är gjorda i rostfritt stål). Likaså som för fallet med Empire State building, Chrysler building och mer av New Yorks skyskrapor kommer den här byggnaden att utstråla ifrån toppen på högtidiga dagar. Löven kommer att utstråla i vitt sken samtidigt som luftinsläppselementen kommer att lysa i rött.

   Skyskrapan kommer om den byggs bli den högsta i Indonesien och kan även ta titeln som femte världens högsta skyskrapa. Byggnaden förväntas stå klart till 2020.

   Jag själv vill att den här byggnaden ska bli byggd. En av de vackrare jag har sett i alla fall.



Min egen avskissning ifrån en av modellerna om hur skyskrapan kan tänkas se ut.

Soon maybe one eally cool skyscraper will be built in Jakarta in Indonesia. The building will be built in the district Sudirman Central Business District which lies of the center of Jakarta.

   The skyscraper is a mega tall building with the height of 638 meters. The building will have 111 floors with 6 floors basement for carpark, 2 offices zone with 22 floors each, 22 floors with residence and 22 floors with hotels. The hotel will be in the top floors. The height to the highest floor will be on 534 meters. The Skyscraper has a both core inner and outer wall of wearing walls. The walls will be made of concrete and steel. This skyscraper will also have one conservatory on the height of 516 meters.

   The architect for this skyscraper is Smallwood, Reynold, Stewart and Associates Inc. The architect stile of this building is inspired of Indonesian Tradional architecture.

   I think this building have a cool top which is one of the models which the picture above shows. There exist of course other models of this skyscraper and one of them with look more like an outgoing crown.

   The skyscraper also has a national meaning which should stand for the National Day of Independence 17 August 1945. All of these facts you can find from the building, the spire of the skyscraper is in height of 45 meters high, there exist 8 louver grills element and the outgoing structure called leaves is in number of 17 (them are made in stainless steel). Like for example the Empire State building and Chrysler building and more of the New York Building this building will shines from the leaves on the national holidays. The leaves will chines in white light in the same times the louver grills will be in the red light.

   If this skyscraper will ever be build this will be the highest Skyscraper in the Indonesia and the fifth highest in the world. The building is expected to be finished in 2020.

   Personal I hope that this building will be build. One of the more beautiful skyscrapers I have seen.
