Cool skyscraper project in New York

Hello all.

Many new cool building is proposed in New York.

1) One Vanderbilt:

Is a Supertall building with a height of 442 meters (1450 ft) or 381 meters (1292 ft) to the roof with 65 floors. This one is nearly the same height like One World Trade Center. Or is exactly the same heigt like Empire State Building. The building is an mixed used with office, garden, parking garage and retail. The architecture style is modern and is expected to be mostly made of glass. The architect of this one is Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. Unkown year when the building is expected to be finished.

2) 225 West 57 th:

Is a Supertall skyscraper with a height of 434 meters (1423 ft) with 88 floors. The building will be a hotel, residental and retail. This has also a architecture style modern but should be made of concrete. The architects is Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill Architecture. Finished year 2018.

3) 111 West 57 th Street

Funny names? However this is a Supertall building with a height of 411 meters (1350 ft) with 74 floors and is drawn of the architect firm SHoP Architects. This Buildings architecture style is also a modern. This will be used as residential, parking garage, restaurant and retail and will expected to be finished year 2017. This one is a really impressive thin building and will be near the central park.

4) 30 Hudson Yards

Is a supertall with a height of 383 meters (1257 ft) with 73 floors. This building has however different architecture style which is futurism and crystal prism. The building will be used as office, observation, parking garage and retail. The architect firm for this skyskraper is Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates PC. The building will expected to be finished year 2018.

5) Tower Verre

My favorite proposed building, this has the best form I think. This is also a super tall building with a height of 320 meters (1050 ft) about the same as the Chrysler Building. The skyscraper will have 82 floors and will be used as hotel, museum and residential.
   The architect of this building is Atelier Jean Nouvel and the Style is structural expressionism. The skyscraper is made of glass, steel and concrete. The year is unknown when the building will be finished.

There exist more supertall proposed building for New York. I hope all of these building will be build, especially the Tower Verre.
