A new skyscraper is under construction in New York called 225 West 57th which will be the tallest to roof of the skyscraper in New York with a height of 451 meter (1479 ft) or a total height of 541 meter (1775 ft). The building will have 92 floors and is mixed use with hotel, parking garage, residential and retail. The skyscraper is near to the central park and the view wants to be magnificent like for the other skyscraper in the area which is under construction like 432 Park Avenue and One 57 or prosed like 111 West 57^th.

   The skyscraper is mostly made of concrete and is design of the architect Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill. The style of the building is called modern and this one will be finished year 2018.

En ny skyskrapa är under uppbyggnad i New York med namnet 225 West 57^th vilket kommer att bli den högsta skyskrapan till taket sett i New York med en höjd på 451 meter eller en total höjd på 541 meter. Byggnaden kommer att få 92 våningar och ska användas till flera saker som hotell, parkering och boende. Skyskrapan är nära central parken och utsikten kommer att bli magnifik likt som för andra skyskrapor under konstruktion som 432 Park Avenue och One 57 eller en förväntad skyskrapa som 111 West 57th.
