The residents which will have apartment in the building will get a really good view over the Central Park or to the south with Empire State Building and the One World Trade Center (Freedom Tower). This building will be finished in 2015 with 85 floors and with a height of 426 meters (1398 ft). This is with other word only 81 meters (267 ft) left before the building has topped out.
